Show the real shape of the luggage
Rigid golf cases and soft travel bags load differently. Send dimensions or a clear photograph and count the suitcases separately. Four golfers each carrying clubs and a checked bag may need another vehicle arrangement from four passengers with cabin bags only.
Get a luggage-capacity confirmation before choosing solely by seat count. Airline acceptance of sports equipment is separate from space in a road vehicle. Count and identify the cases at both loading and unloading so the group's equipment follows the same journey.
Resolve course permission before paying for the drive
