Short answer
Send SDQ RIDE the property's real building or development name, street address and a map pin for the vehicle entrance. Have the host confirm access authorization and key handover separately. For the return, agree where passengers and luggage will be ready; a listing name or a pin inside the development is not enough to identify the pickup gate.
Ask the host for the entrance a driver should use
A rental's online name may describe the apartment without appearing anywhere on its facade. Obtain the building or development name, street reference and a useful landmark, particularly where neighboring towers look alike. Check that these details match the accommodation you booked before forwarding them.
Place the map pin at the usable vehicle entrance, not simply in the center of a large residential compound. An internal pin can send navigation toward a service gate or inaccessible road. When the host revises access instructions, pass the revision to dispatch in the booking conversation; do not assume a separate message reached the driver.
Arrange admission and keys as two separate handovers
Ask security or the host what is required to admit the booked vehicle and who will answer a gate call. Send only the necessary information through the established booking contact. Door codes and personal access credentials do not belong in public reviews or an open social-media post seeking a driver.
Confirm who will provide the keys, whether reception remains staffed at your arrival time and how to reach an alternative host contact if available. A car reaching the address does not mean the apartment is ready or someone can admit you. Resolve a late-night handover before flying rather than at a locked gate.
Make the last few metres practical for people and bags
Ask about stairs, narrow approaches, garage-height limits or a pedestrian-only final section. Tell dispatch about restrictions the host identifies and agree a place where stopping and unloading are permitted. A large van may need a different stopping point from a smaller vehicle; a pin alone cannot resolve that difference.
For your flight home, finish returning keys, taking the lift and bringing luggage down before the agreed vehicle departure. Leaving the apartment is not the same as being ready at the pickup point. If you move to another property, send the new address and obtain a revised itinerary instead of relying on the arrival booking.
