Describe the family as one passenger-and-luggage request
Two children is not enough detail to select restraints. Provide age, height and weight for each, adult numbers and whether you bring your own seats. Obtain written acceptance of the specific arrangement rather than interpreting an unconfirmed form entry as a guarantee of a model.
List folded stroller measurements, travel cot, checked cases and cabin bags. Using extra passenger seats can reduce available luggage space. Consider people and belongings together so the need for a different vehicle is identified before everyone is waiting at arrivals.
Confirm suitability and installation before departure
Ask the supplied seat category and its suitability for the child's measurements under the manufacturer instructions. For your own seat, send model and fitting requirements so compatibility can be checked. Family-friendly, Standard or VIP is not a restraint specification.
At the car, check that the agreed restraint is present and that fitting and harness adjustment follow its instructions. Raise a mismatch before moving. A short route or a late arrival is not a reason to accept an unsuitable arrangement without resolving it.
Give the airport meeting a simple division of tasks
Save contact and destination offline. When two adults travel, one can verify the driver while the other stays with children and bags. Follow airline instructions for collecting a gate-checked stroller and update dispatch if that takes extra time.

Book the return seats as explicitly as the arrival seats
Confirm seats for both directions and supply the return date, flight and pickup address. The return driver or vehicle may differ. Allow time to load bags and settle children before the planned hotel departure, not after it.
If another family joins, update people, seats and bags before accepting the return plan. Children count as passengers even when the fare is per vehicle. Changed luggage or group size can alter the vehicle arrangement.
