A changed SDQ flight: update the existing ride before arranging another
A delay on the booked flight, a rebooking and a diversion need different transport decisions and an accepted current itinerary.

Short answer
Send dispatch the flight actually arriving at SDQ and its local date. Published service covers airline delays on the booked flight, but cancellation, a new flight or another airport requires a revised plan. Contact the original conversation promptly, state what is known and obtain confirmation of the new pickup before assuming it has changed.
For a delay, keep the arriving leg and airport progress clear
On a connecting itinerary, provide the final leg into SDQ, not only the first departure. Airline arrival estimates can change several times. Report significant changes or information inconsistent with your booking so dispatch works from the same flight as you.
Once landed, update dispatch if immigration, bags or assistance delay your exit. A late aircraft does not mean passengers are immediately ready at touchdown. Tracking cannot show a suitcase delivery or your arrival at the public meeting point.

For a cancellation, say what is known and reconfirm the replacement
Tell dispatch as soon as you know you will not arrive on the booked service. If a replacement is not assigned, say it remains unknown. When accepted by the airline, send the new number, local date and time, checking carefully for a midnight date change.
Ask for the revised vehicle and meeting confirmation and include any changed hotel or passenger count. Sending a screenshot is an update request, not proof the new itinerary is accepted. Keep all changed details together rather than creating separate conflicting instructions.
For a diversion, establish where the airline releases you
Ask whether the airline continues to SDQ or supplies onward transport. Do not dispatch a car to another airport until your actual release point and the airline's plan are clear. Send the airport code, not a city description that could identify several facilities.
A changed airport can alter driving distance, vehicle scheduling and fare substantially. Obtain a new written agreement. Included airline-delay handling does not promise a free journey from any airport in the Dominican Republic.
Communicate a cancellation or an airport delay directly
Published terms permit cancellation without charge when you notify the operator before pickup. Use the original contact and retain acknowledgement. If you separately agreed a bank payment, ask about that payment explicitly; no required deposit does not answer every advance-payment refund situation.
If still inside SDQ, say so instead of remaining silent. The published no-show rule describes 60 minutes after tracked landing when nobody appears and no message is received. Contact dispatch to agree the plan for your actual situation.
Frequently asked questions
Does a flight screenshot automatically change my pickup?
No. Send it through the original conversation and obtain acceptance of the new date, flight, airport and vehicle plan. Tell dispatch if the replacement flight is still unknown.
