Screenshot the accepted price, confirmation, sign name, destination and contact number. Have another adult save a copy when travelling together. Complete the applicable official entry paperwork and retain its confirmation before leaving reliable internet; the car booking does not replace those documents.

Finish the controlled-area procedures before meeting outside

Follow airport signs and staff for your flight and keep passport and required entry papers ready. Arrange airport assistance with the airline in advance, then explain the separate vehicle requirement to dispatch. Assistance inside the airport and an appropriate road vehicle are different arrangements.

Collect checked luggage before leaving baggage reclaim. For a missing case, obtain the airline baggage report or reference while still in the relevant area and notify dispatch you remain inside. Immigration queues, customs and bags vary; no generic minutes-to-curb statement can promise your release time.

Match the person to the confirmed ride

Our accepted pickup uses a name sign after customs in arrivals. Use the latest confirmation rather than an exit number taken from an old photograph; airport operating arrangements can change. Someone knowing your name is not proof of assignment.

Before handing over luggage, verify name and destination and compare driver or vehicle information with dispatch. Confirm any replacement in the original conversation. Stay in the public terminal area until a mismatch is resolved instead of following an unverified person to a car.

Recover contact without wandering between pickup points

Use the number in your saved confirmation if calls work. Otherwise ask an official information desk about current connectivity or help contacting the operator. Do not post passports, full itineraries or reservation details publicly to look for a driver.

When connected, give name, flight, a visible landmark and whether all bags are collected. Outside customs near a named sign with your bag color is useful; just at the airport is not precise. Wait for an accepted meeting instruction before changing location.

Make the last check before the vehicle moves

Confirm destination, all passengers, luggage and requested child seats. Published Standard one-way examples are USD 25 to Boca Chica and USD 35 to Zona Colonial per suitable vehicle within stated capacity. The written acceptance should identify your actual zone and extras.

For an apartment or villa, have building name, entrance pin and gate contact ready. Agree essential long-distance stops before departure. Keep the return flight and pickup details in a separate leg so an arrival date cannot be mistaken for the flight-home appointment.
