Read an SDQ transfer quote: zone, vehicle, seats and the real return saving
Start with the accommodation address, then confirm the whole party and itinerary before comparing the payable total.

Locate the actual destination before choosing a zone fare
SDQ identifies your arrival airport, not the final route: travellers continue to the capital, nearby beaches and distant resorts. Send the full hotel name and pin where marketing labels such as Punta Cana or Santo Domingo are broad. A correct property location is the starting point for a meaningful fare.
For a villa or apartment, include building or development and entrance. Declare every drop-off before confirming. One destination quote does not silently include two hotels in different zones, even when their names appear similar.
Share a vehicle fare without multiplying it by each person
For a suitable confirmed Standard vehicle to Zona Colonial, a couple pays the USD 35 one-way vehicle fare rather than USD 35 each. Four people within the accepted arrangement share the same published zone fare. Dividing the bill among friends does not introduce unrelated shuttle passengers.
Capacity still needs a bag-and-seat check. Send all luggage, child-seat requests and bulky equipment so the arrangement carries the party as booked. If another vehicle is needed, obtain the complete revised price before accepting rather than assuming per-vehicle means unlimited load.
Choose Standard, VIP or a group arrangement with the load checked
Compare each zone's Standard and VIP prices and actual vehicle plan. VIP does not automatically create luggage space. On eligible local and nearby-coast routes, the 7–14-passenger van adds USD 20 Standard or USD 40 VIP once; Zona Colonial Standard with that supplement is USD 55 one way.
Long-distance group vehicles need their own quote. Do not apply the local supplement to Punta Cana, Samaná or another long route without acceptance. Supply people and luggage and confirm whether the total covers one vehicle or several.
Calculate the two legs using the published rounding
The offer discounts the return leg by 5%, not the entire booking by 5%. The same Standard Zona Colonial route both ways displays USD 68 round trip. Use the site's displayed amount, which incorporates the pricing function's rounding, instead of substituting a different hand calculation.
If the return leaves another zone, changes product or adds a stop, request a quote for both distinct legs. Confirm both dates, destinations, people and luggage. Doubling an outbound fare cannot account for a different return itinerary.
Check inclusions and how the accepted total will be paid
Published zone fares include stated taxes, highway tolls, flight tracking and booked name-sign pickup, with no published night surcharge. Request child seats for confirmation; published seat charges are USD 5 per seat per journey or USD 10 round trip. Agree extra addresses, extended stops or unusual vehicle needs in advance.
Payment options are USD or DOP cash and bank transfer by arrangement; the site has no online card checkout. For pesos, keep the amount and conversion basis in writing. Save the final fare and itinerary so both can be checked at pickup rather than relying on an earlier general estimate.
