Short answer
Published SDQ RIDE payment options are cash in USD or DOP and bank transfer by arrangement. No advance payment is required to hold a booking, and this website has no card checkout. Confirm the total, settlement currency, payer and whether one or both legs are covered; an unanswered request is not a vehicle confirmation, and a sent payment is not an accepted itinerary.
Confirm the number you will actually pay
Website fares are USD per vehicle and direction. If using pesos, agree the DOP total or conversion basis before pickup and retain it in the conversation. A rate shown by an internet currency tool is not automatically the settlement rate accepted by the operator.
Ask about change early if bringing a large note; neither currency's change should be assumed available. Obtain explicit acceptance before planning another currency. A mention in an old guide does not establish current acceptance.
Arrange a bank transfer through the established contact
Request instructions in the original booking conversation and verify recipient, amount, currency, reference and when funds must arrive. Processing delays and fees vary. A screenshot showing a payment initiated is not proof that cleared funds reached the recipient.
Verify unexpected bank-detail changes using the original contact before sending money. Keep the payment receipt and dispatch acknowledgement privately. Public comments are not an appropriate place for bank confirmations or personal financial details.
Resolve agreed extras without confusing them with a tip
Accept any extra address, stop or changed vehicle before travelling and make sure the written total reflects it. Published taxes and highway tolls should be treated according to the agreed inclusions. Ask dispatch to explain an unexpected amount against the itinerary before settling a difference.
A tip remains voluntary and separate; it is not a new mandatory booking fee or payment for a toll already included. For a company trip, request the needed invoice and billing information when booking so the document can be discussed in advance.
Check confirmation and payment coverage separately
No required prepayment does not mean submitting a form assigns a car. Obtain the written pickup acceptance with date, arriving flight and destination. Likewise, money sent before that acceptance does not establish a correct vehicle itinerary.
For a round trip, ask if the payment settles arrival only or both journeys. Discuss changes after a voluntarily arranged bank payment directly with dispatch. The general no-deposit statement does not resolve every adjustment or refund case.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay a USD quote in Dominican pesos?
DOP cash is a published option, but agree the peso total or conversion basis in the booking conversation before pickup. Also ask about change if needed.
