Open the official source linked below and inspect the domain before providing passport information. A paid assistance site offers a separate optional service; it does not make the government form chargeable. Do not ask a transfer driver to complete it by sending your passport details.
Save the confirmation and retrieval information where you can access them while travelling, without publishing them in groups or reviews. Use official help or the airline for an unresolved application issue rather than guessing a declaration answer.
Prepare matching details, but keep the two messages separate
Have travel dates, flight itinerary and the full accommodation address ready and compare names and dates with the documents. Ask an apartment or villa host for the written address; a pin alone may not supply the information requested by the form.
For dispatch, send a separate brief with arriving flight, local date, booking name, party requirements and destination. Separating immigration paperwork from transport avoids unnecessary personal-data sharing and makes it easier to spot a date mismatch.
Verify the rules for your passport and circumstances
