Juan Dolio

SDQ airport transfer to Hodelpa Garden Suites

About Hodelpa Garden Suites

Emotions by Hodelpa Juan Dolio is a separately named neighbouring or associated property. Shared facilities do not change the ride booked to Hodelpa Garden Suites; tell dispatch if you will actually wait at the other reception. Plan the SDQ RIDE journey to Hodelpa Garden Suites around two separate appointments: meeting your driver at SDQ and reaching the right entrance in Juan Dolio. Your room confirmation identifies the destination; your transfer confirmation sets the transport arrangements.

Access and arrival instructions

Use Juan Dolio to locate Hodelpa Garden Suites, then have reception identify the passenger stop at that address. A neighbouring landmark can help orientation, but should not replace the hotel destination in the booking. Resolve the last stretch before departure from the airport: send the booking address and a map pin, then agree where a passenger vehicle can stop. A hotel label on a map does not establish access to a reception, villa or event room.

From SDQ arrivals to your accommodation

1. 1Before travel, send SDQ RIDE the flight number, local landing date, full property name and a count of passengers and bags. Mention child seats or mobility equipment before a vehicle is assigned.
2. 2After immigration, baggage collection and customs, follow the public-arrivals meeting instructions in your confirmation. Contact dispatch if you cannot identify the meeting point; do not leave with an unconfirmed driver.
3. 3Before loading, check the destination as Hodelpa Garden Suites, Juan Dolio. A room change, extra stop or different property needs a new instruction to dispatch rather than an assumption by the driver.
4. 4At the agreed stop, count the luggage and check seats and charging cables. Hotel check-in follows separately under your accommodation reservation.

Where to meet the vehicle

Set one meeting point for everyone travelling from Hodelpa Garden Suites. Finish checkout and bring the bags there before the confirmed pickup time. If reception changes the meeting point, tell SDQ RIDE while the car is still approaching; a message to the hotel alone does not update the driver. For a resort stay, keep the full property and section name from the room reservation. Shared branding or neighbouring facilities do not make receptions interchangeable.

Departure: when to leave the hotel

Choose the required airport-arrival time with your airline, then work backwards with SDQ RIDE using the actual address, flight date and road conditions. Add time to leave the room and settle the hotel bill before pickup. A hotel checkout time is not an airport departure plan.

Area and additional stops

Use Juan Dolio to check that the hotel location matches your itinerary. Nearby restaurants, beaches and attractions are useful landmarks, but are not substitute drop-off points. List a shopping stop, visit or second accommodation when requesting the quote so the vehicle journey can be agreed in advance.

Dispatch notes

• · Keep the transfer confirmation available offline together with the accommodation address and a contact method.
• · For a landing after midnight, ask the property which room night must be reserved and how late check-in works.
• · Tell SDQ RIDE about separate hotels within one group, oversized luggage and assistance needs before confirming the vehicle. Budget USD 5 for each requested child seat on one journey, or USD 10 per seat for both legs; ask dispatch to confirm the seat before travel.
