An overnight near SDQ: choose the property, room night and pickup together

Verify the named property and its vehicle entrance

Match name and address with the hotel's official information, then send the accepted property pin to dispatch. A generic map label can describe an area rather than a current hotel. A city-center property marketed as serving the airport may not meet your need for a short overnight connection.

Near the terminal is not the same as reachable on foot. Ask the hotel about the actual road approach and entrance. Do not plan to take luggage along airport approach roads because a map draws a short distance between the buildings.

Treat an advertised shuttle as a service to confirm

Ask its operating hours, reservation requirement, charge, airport meeting point and delayed-flight contact. Confirm luggage and child-seat arrangements if needed. A room listing does not establish that transport is continuous, private or included with every rate.

If the hotel service does not fit, request a separate transfer using the same flight and address. Tell the hotel or dispatcher which service you accept. Avoid inadvertently holding two confirmed pickups for one journey.

Reserve the night that gives access at your arrival hour

At 02:00 you may need the preceding hotel night to enter a room immediately. Ask the hotel explicitly and notify it of the late arrival. A reservation starting that calendar day may otherwise offer normal check-in only in the afternoon.

For an early flight, finish checkout before pickup and preserve the airline's document, bag-drop and security allowance. A nearby room shortens the road segment, not airport procedures. Confirm breakfast and checkout separately if they affect your morning schedule.
